Silica Refractory Bed Material
Refractory and Silica-Bed materials are used in fluidized bed boilers charged with rice husk. Our bed materials is specially sized and graded without dust as per the requirement of user for proper bubbling and fluidization. The specially made materials helps to keep the temperature of the bed, constant and therefore reduces the consumption of rice husk. The hardness of the grains in nature prevents them in fusing and helps to re-use again and again, saving its consumption. We always use fresh un- fused fire bricks in the making of bed-materials.
